England Recall Saka While Jude Bellingham, Phil Foden & Grealish Miss Out
The Arsenal forward has recorded a dozen goals in 44 games for England.
England have recalled the Arsenal winger for next week's fixtures against Wales and Latvia, however no room for Bellingham, Phil Foden or Grealish.
Gunners attacker Saka missed last month's World Cup qualifying successes over Serbia and Andorra with a hamstring issue.
Saka recently returned for his club and found the net in their victory over Olympiacos midweek.
The England international comes in for Arsenal team-mate Noni Madueke, who is out of action until November with a knee injury.
The Three Lions meet the Welsh in a warm-up match at Wembley this week before a qualifying match in Latvia on 14 October.
Should England triumph in Latvia, they will require a just two points from their last two matches against Albania and Serbia in the next month to qualify for next summer's tournament in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Quansah comes in for Newcastle's Livramento, who is sidelined for two months following suffering a knee issue versus the Gunners recently.
Elliot Anderson and Djed Spence, who received their maiden national team selections previously, keep their spots. Ruben Loftus-Cheek also remains in the squad, even with the return to fitness of Wharton.
Saka has featured in just one game for the manager since taking over as England manager, because of fitness and hamstring injuries.
Bellingham missed the previous squad as he recovered from shoulder surgery and has managed just a single start for his club since returning from injury.
The Manchester City player was omitted from Tuchel's previous selection following a dip in performance and has been unsuccessful in returning, despite a impressive beginning to the season with City.
Grealish also is excluded in spite of a revival in form with Everton. The 30-year-old has not played for England since last year.

'Scrutiny on those left out rather than included'
Thomas Tuchel's latest England squad draws attention on those the head coach has left out instead of the players he has selected.
Jude Bellingham's omission may raise some eyebrows but Tuchel believes there is no need to bring back the Madrid midfielder.
City’s Foden and loanee Jack Grealish have both performed well at the start of the campaign.
The players the manager used in England's qualifying victories versus Andorra and Serbia deserve the reward of continuity.
There will be regret that Arsenal's Madueke is not involved due to injury.
The Forest player has looked right at home at England senior level.
The England boss is a admirer of Grealish, especially, as well as Foden.
If there is one surprise, it is the absence of Palace’s Wharton.
The star, naturally, will be needed further down the line.
